I started my fitness journey after I returned from Military Basic Training in 2007. I was hired on full time at Rickenbacker AFB. After seven years I had enough and wanted to pursue my fitness endeavors full time. I was already working with clients for general weight loss and some for contest prep.
I've been able to help a lot of people wether they wanted to win a bodybuilding show, or simply improve their health. I understand a bodybuilding style workout isn't for everyone. I've helped train athletes, young adults, teenagers, elderly, and middle-aged clients. Each client I work with is given program that is tailored for their needs and no one else's.
The best feeling in the world is when I have clients that take what I have taught them and continue to practice it in bettering their lives.
